You can even skip a month or cancel the AutoShip all together if you are not completely satisfied with the product at no cost to you. To make any changes to your AutoShip order you must contact Rhino Labs directly no less than 5 days prior to your next AutoShip date. (You will receive thecustomer service number with your first order.)

Can I cancel my AutoShip?

Absolutely! To cancel your AutoShip, you must e-mail, notice to Rhino Labs 30 days’ before your next order (the e-mail, and mailing address will be included with your first order) stating that you would like to cancel your AutoShip. You must include your customer Number (which you will receive with your first order). If you just want to skip receiving an order one month,you can simply call the Rhino Labs customer service line.
